Dr. Anna Starman is a change management expert with a background in the mental health field. She has her doctorate in psychology, organizational management and consulting.


After receiving her undergraduate degree in psychology from UCSB, Anna converted her family property and oversaw the foundational stages of a family business’ transition into a high-end addiction treatment facility located deep in the Santa Cruz mountains where she recognized countless inefficiencies in how behavioral health companies operated their businesses. This led her to her doctorate in psychology, with an emphasis on organization management and consulting.

Anna developed the Organizational Integrity Model that is based on the premise of an organization that is aligned with what it says and does, while also having the courage to admit when you’re wrong.

This model can be systematically applied throughout an organization, where a company can consistently evaluate and revisit its core principles, ensuring alignment with those throughout every level.
